Athletes foot, advanced :O WHAT DO I DO, band aid or no band aid over cream????!!!!!!?

Ive had it for a while, gone with no treatment, Im stupid. Barely now im putting on lotrimin, but ive started to research and its apparently pretty advanced. I have those little bubbles with liquid, a piece of my skin is cracked and its pretty wide. Im wearing a band aid on top every time i wash my foot, and put the cream on. Is this good or not? I dont even know how i got it, I mean, im a swimmer, we dont really sweat...|||I would go to the doctor

I had the same thing

it was Chlorine allergy

not athletes foot|||the other answerer is right. it sounds like poison ivy, a chlorine rash, or a contact dermatitis. OR it could be athlete%26#039;s foot. You need a doctor%26#039;s diagnosis and treatment.|||Try lotrimin spray. Spray your feet and your shoes. When you get out of the shower blow dry your feet. When at the pool keep sandals in the locker and wear them every moment your feet touch the ground even when in the shower. Spray them too! Wear socks in the house so you do not spread it and keep that shower and the floor really clean and sanitized.|||yes, i wouldn%26#039;t fool around with this- you cant self diagnose, and hope you get the right treatment. the doctors go to school for 10 years, so they can diagnose us properly. get the doc to look at it, and then you will know for sure, and then you will get the right medication. medication that you buy from the shelf is never as strong as the prescription stuff, so even the medicine would be better, so, go see a doctor, ok?
