What medicine or cream can you recommend for athletes foot?

I have had this killer sore on top of my left toe. It started as a little one, and now it has spread to my 3 other ones. I have tried several OTC meds like tinactin, lotrimin, and neosporin. It has a crazy itch and I cannot resist to scracth it. Any suggestions?|||Lamisil (terbinafine) is great.

Terbinafine is an antifungal antibiotic. It is fungicidal, meaning it actually kills the fungi rather than just stopping it%26#039;s growth like some other antifungals do.

It is used to treat infections caused by fungus that affect the fingernails or toenails, athletes foot and other fungal infections of the skin.

The topical preparations available are cream, gel and spray. Tablets are also available if the infection is severe or persistent. See your doctor.

You will definitely see an improvement in one week. Continue to use it for one more week after the infection appears to have cleared.|||Tinactin is fantastic, comes in spray or cream. Use it as directed until all signs of fungus are gone ...ahhh, don%26#039;t you feel better already?
