Is there a muscle cream that will sink into the sole of your foot?

I have some swelling and muscle pain in a certain area on the bottom of my right foot. I have tried applying Icy Hot to it, but unlike everywhere else on my body( excluding my hand print areas) the cream does not seem to do anything. It doesn%26#039;t seem to sink in and sooth the muscles there. I understand the sole of your feet is where your skin is the thickest; this may be the cause of the unsuccessful soothing. Is there a muscle cream that will sink into the sole of your feet?|||you dont necessarily have to apply anti inflammatory creams to a specific area to get relief, in fact you will get a better effect if you take a week long course of ibuprofen 3 times a day for 2 weeks

most muscle creams are what is known as a rubefacient - which means they heat up an area, so any heat would have the same effect - a heat pad, foot bath etc|||1) Try soaking your feet in some hot water.

2) Try that Capsaicin creme. It has hot peppers in it %26amp; supposedly stops pain.

3) Try DMSO, but get it from either a health food store or veterinary clinic. It is an alternative pain blocker that is absorbed IMMEDIATELY into the bloodstream. If you apply anything else at the site first %26amp; then the DMSO on top of it, it forces that into the bloodstream also.|||Try soaking your feet in really warm( almost hot) water before you put the cream on.This will soften the skin and help the cream to soak in easier. I like %26quot;Sports creme%26quot; the best.|||Tiger balm is a bit pricey ..but i love it and you dont have to use much ..and it works great|||Try a moist heating pad for a half hour or so , then put on your muscle creams|||I used this stuff called Recovery Rub and loved it! It relieves sore muscles, joint and arthritis pain...... i think you can get it at any drugstore, maybe you should try that!
