Please could you advise me on the cream i will use that will soften my skin especially my palm and foot.?

Udder cream is the best, but I%26#039;ve only seen it in large quantities. The Boby Shop%26#039;s Hemp Body Butter is really good too. Put plenty on and wear cotton gloves/sockettes (available from Body shop)overnight and you%26#039;ll fairly notice the difference. After a week your skin will be just like a baby%26#039;s!|||yes its called lavender go to this site.|||Udder Cream ... it%26#039;s incredible.|||Baby Lotion if its good enought for a baby then its good enought for you and will have soft hands and feet|||Barring any type of skin disease/fungus, pure aloe seems to work wonders. Try Linens %26amp; Things or Bed Bath and Beyond for the Miracle of Aloe line (or www.miracleofaloe.com) It%26#039;s inexpensive and works great!|||The key things to have a soft palm and foot are the following:

1. expose less to air, detergents and dust. This can be done by wearing socks whenever possible.

2. use a pumice stone to remove the dead skin.

3. before going to bed, scrub well and apply some rich cream (Nivea would do) and wear socks and gloves during the night (if you don%26#039;t have gloves, wear another pair of socks on your hands)

keep this routine for a few days, and you will be surprised with the results.|||E45 it moisurises. But be persistent, it took me two tubes and a few weeks to get rid of a cm of hard dry skin...|||Gold Bond.|||for my feet %26amp; hands I tend to use E45 cream but if you are putting it on the soles of your feet be careful not to walk after its been applied as it%26#039;s like walking on ice.|||I don%26#039;t know if they still do it, but I had a really great hemp foot cream from Body Shop that softened my feet fantastically well.|||Flexitol heel balm is fantastic|||Try the Neutrogena range. Their skin care products are quite nice.|||Just massage it with Petroleum Jelly.

Green Rub for Pretty Feet

Sandal season is just around the corner, and our poor winter-weary feet - trapped for so many months in boots and shoes - will be exposed for all the world to see, rough spots, calluses and all.

This couldn’t-be-easier treatment will soften and beautify your feet so they’ll be ready for sandals in no time - and it feels simply divine!

INGREDIENTS

2-3 tablespoons cornmeal

2 tablespoon fresh mashed avocado or avocado oil

To make:

Mix both ingredients in a small bowl till they form a meal-like mixture.

To use:

1. Place feet on a towel. Put one half of the mixture in the palm of your hand, rub both hands together, and apply to one foot, working the gritty and emollient meal into calluses and rough spots, and up and around the toes.

2. Repeat with other half of mixture on other foot. Rinse and dry feet thoroughly.

3. Repeat treatment once or twice a week.
