Where can i get a feet moisturizing cream [in the uk]?

my feet [mainy the heels, and the toes] are extremly dry, that my big dry toe is actually sore right now! I%26#039;ve tried using a scrubber that suppose to rub dry skin off, but it%26#039;s rubbish. is there any good cheap free moisturizing [for feet] cream that i can use to soothe dryness and make them soft and smooth?
