A good suggestion i%26#039;ve given my clients with rough heels and toes was; use almond oil on your feet at night before bed. leave on wet for about 5 to 10 minutes, then pat dry. Also try leaving the oil on 3 days a week. while oil is still excess on your feet, put your socks on, and then your shoes. it will feel a little wierd at first, but it really works. My clients have seen results in as little as 2 weeks.|||Glycolic Acid! It%26#039;s the absolute BOMB for this problem. That dead skin just rolls up and falls off when you use this product.
Here%26#039;s where I buy:

Good luck!|||I don%26#039;t know of any cremes but try a pumice stone|||use a pumice stone and then get yourself some Bag Balm. it comes in a square green tin and was originally used to moisturize cow utters in the wintertime. lol sounds weird but its amazing stuff you can find it at kaiser and probably other places. just put it on before you go to sleep at night and put a pair of socks over because its alittle greasy. in the morning try Sally Hansen Just Feet Visible Effect Foot Creme in the white and pink tube. its great and not greasy for the daytime.
