the process i use is using a buffer, and then using a peppermint cooling pumice foot scrub from the body shop and then using a cucumber heel therapy from CND. ths process is kinda tedious but you will end up with really soft feet and no cracked heels! olivia wilde also uses this method and it ends up making her feet really smooth.|||I have a great lotion recipe that I came up with myself. It really works.
Ingredients: Enough of your Your favorite moisturizing lotion to cover your feet, (I used %26quot;Bath and Body Works Sweet pea body lotion%26quot; but anything will work) 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of baby oil, 1/2 teaspoon of honey
Directions: Put your lotion in a bowl. Put in the olive oil and mix it thoroughly so you cannot see any olive oil. Next put in the baby oil and honey and stir until everything is blended in. For storing seal it in a plastic bag.
Advantages: Your skin feels and looks healthier, shinier, smoother, and cleaner then before. Also its made of natural ingredients that are healthy for your skin so you wont break out. Also they%26#039;re normal house ingrediants so you can make it any time!
Disadvantages: It may feel a little oily at first but it goes away.
How long does it take for an effect? It happens right away.
Hope I helped!:)
